These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Turkuaz Pro (the "Product"), a browser extension for batch automation on Google Labs Flow. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
Turkuaz Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks lifetime access to the Pro features of the Turkuaz browser extension on the device/account where you activate it. There are no recurring charges.
After payment, an activation code is sent to the email address used at checkout. The code is single-use and bound to the first device it is activated on. Do not share your activation code.
You agree to use the Product in compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform it interacts with (including Google). You are solely responsible for how you use generated content and for compliance with applicable laws.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as the Product depends on third-party websites that may change at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment-related customer service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
